The WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) is associated with the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program.

It's popularly known as WIC because...

FMNP serves women, infants over 4 months old, and children 1 to 5 years of age.

Eligible WIC participants are issued FMNP coupons in addition to their regular WIC benefits.

These coupons can be used to buy eligible foods from farmers, farmers’ markets or roadside stands.
Vendor and Small Business Support
Eastmont Community Center supports certified farmers and vendors and non-certified vendors such as small businesses, local artisans, and community-based organizations, to create business opportunities as well as provide goods and services to East LA residents. We prioritize local entrepreneurs and provide business training.
