Our 100% Certified market, supported by the Los Angeles County Development Authority and Supervisor Solis' office, brings farm-fresh food directly from local farms to your table. Our East LA Farmers Market is more than just produce!

Eastmont Community Center partners with local schools, nonprofits, and East LA businesses to provide our community with valuable public resources and services. We feature a variety of resource booths on a weekly basis.

Our Farmers Market offers program incentives to make healthy eating more accessible. It's a win-win for everyone!

 

  • The Market Match Program is available to individuals who receive CalFresh benefits (EBT/food stamps). 

  • You must be a recipient of CalFresh benefits to qualify for this opportunity. 

  • Each week you can visit our farmers market and receive up to $15 in Market Match dollars!

  • Market Match provides free vouchers to buy fruits and vegetables. 

  • Visit our EBT booth to receive Market Match vouchers.

  • The WIC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) is associated with the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program. 

  • It's popularly known as WIC because...

  • FMNP serves women, infants over 4 months old, and children 1 to 5 years of age. 

  • Eligible WIC participants are issued FMNP coupons in addition to their regular WIC benefits.

  • These coupons can be used to buy eligible foods from farmers, farmers’ markets or roadside stands.

Vendor and Small Business Support

Eastmont Community Center supports certified farmers and vendors and non-certified vendors such as small businesses, local artisans, and community-based organizations, to create business opportunities as well as provide goods and services to East LA residents. We prioritize local entrepreneurs and provide business training.
