Job Opportunities - Eastmont Infant & Toddler Center


Our Early Learning program is expanding, and we are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team. These roles are integral to the development and education of the youngest members of our community. We have several exciting positions available:


Early Learning Master Teacher Infant and Toddler: As the Early Learning Master Teacher, you will work under the supervision of the Early Learning Site Supervisor to plan, organize, and implement our educational program for enrolled children. Your expertise will guide our efforts to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers.


Early Learning Infant and Toddler Teacher: Reporting to the Master Teacher, the Early Learning Infant and Toddler Teacher will design and execute a variety of activities aimed at meeting the educational needs of children aged 0-3. This role involves planning opportunities that promote social, physical, and cognitive growth, incorporating parents' goals and ongoing assessments to tailor individual and group activities.


Early Learning Associate Teacher/Floater: The Early Learning Associate Teacher/Floater will support the Master Teacher in planning and implementing educational activities. This position involves assisting with instruction for individuals and small groups, as well as preparing instructional materials to enrich our Early Learning Program.


Job Opportunities - Operations


We are also expanding our operations team to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across our services. These roles are essential in maintaining the high standards of support we offer to our community members.


Receptionist: As the first point of contact at Eastmont Community Center, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in welcoming clients and visitors. Duties include managing front-desk activities, distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls, and providing administrative support. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.


Coordinator/Financial Coach: The Program Coordinator/Financial Coach is responsible for coordinating and organizing our VITA, Immigration, and Financial Empowerment Programs. Serving low- and middle-income families, this role includes providing free tax preparation, financial literacy, and financial stability services, as well as addressing poverty issues and offering Immigration Services in Los Angeles County. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to community service and empowerment.


Case Manager: The Case Manager will develop and provide appropriate service delivery for seniors and families within our social services/health and wellness Program. This role involves serving low- and middle-income families, offering social services and Health Education throughout Los Angeles County. We seek individuals with a compassionate approach and a dedication to supporting those in need.
